We like to keep things simple. For standard home inspections, our pricing is 11 cents per square foot (as published in tax rolls or agent advertising-whichever is greater) with a minimum of $300.

We do not inspect pools but it is not for the reason you think. Almost ALL pools will have something wrong with them so rather than charge you extra to inspect them and then refer  you to a pool company for repairs (which cost you more), we simply encourage you to get a pool company involved outright.

We offer same day reporting.

Yes, in Texas home inspectors must be licensed.  Our license number is 24989.  Oh, by the way, we passed our State and National exams to get licensed on the first attempt. 

Yes we carry the required $100,000 Errors and Omissions insurance along with a $1,000,000 General Liability policy underwritten by Loyd's of London.
